多功能水处理菌Pseudomonas stutzeri CDN1的絮凝特性研究

         

摘要

[Objective]The research aimed to study flocculating characteristic of a rnrnmulti-functional wastewater treatment strain P. stutzeri CDN1. [Method] A rnrnstrain P. stutzeri CDN1 with aerobic denitrification characteristic rnrnobtained by laboratory was conducted research about flocculating rnrncharacteristic. From carbon source, nitrogen source, culture temperature rnrnand ventilation, the best culture condition for strain producing rnrnflocculant was optimized. Moreover, flocculant component was analyzed. [ rnrnResult] The best culture condition for P. stutzeri CDN1 producing rnrnflocculant was as below. Culture temperature was 37 ℃ , rotate speed was rnrn150 r/min, and pH was 7.0. Glucose was carbon source, and yeast powder was rnrnnitrogen source. Productivity of the crude flocculant obtained by freeze rnrndrying was 6. 05 g/L. Main component of the flocculant was polysaccharide rnrnand nucleic acid, and polysaccharide accounted for 55%. [ Conclusion] The rnrnstrain had great significance for studying biological treatment of the rnrnwastewater.%[目的]研究多功能水处理菌Pseudomonas stutzeri CDN1的絮凝特性.[方法]对实验室分离获得的一株具有好氧反硝化特性的菌株P.stutzeri CDN1进行了絮凝特性研究,从碳源、氮源、培养温度、通气量等方面进行了该菌最适产絮凝剂的培养条件优化,并分析其所产絮凝剂的成分.[结果]菌株P stutzeri CDN1的最佳产絮凝剂的培养条件:培养温度为37℃,转速为150 r/min,初始pH为7.0,碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为酵母粉.通过冷冻干燥得到的絮凝剂粗产物的产率是6.05 g/L,主要成分为多糖和核酸,其中多糖占55%.[结论]该菌株对研究废水生物处理具有很大意义.
