基于回归模型的县域建设用地集约程度影响因素分析——以吉林省为例

         

摘要

The level of intensive use of county construction land restrict rrnintra-regional economic development rate, intensive degree of impact rrnfactors in different areas of the county construction land intensive cause rrnthe level of inter-regional differences. Through the research of present rrncondition of land utilization and correlation analysis of factors that rrninfluence the level of intensive use, and according to the actual rrnsituation of study on construction land use in the region, qualitative and rrnquantitative analysis of the level of intensive utilization of land for rrnthe county construction is calculated in Jilin Province based on the rrnregression model analysis with SPSS software, the factors that affect the rrnlevel of intensive utilization of land for the county construction of rrnJilin Province are: population density in the urban and rural construction rrnland, investment in fixed assets on land for construction, land for rrnconstruction to GDP, the unit GDP and units of fixed asset investment rrngrowth and consumption of addition land for construction quantities, etc. rrnIntensive degree over the county construction has a very significant rrnpositive impact. The unit GDP consumption to decline rates, GDP to land rrnfor construction growth coefficient of elasticity and GDP growth in urban rrnand rural construction land contribution more significant positive impact rrnon the intensive level of county land for construction; the unit of rrnpopulation growth, consumption of addition urban and rural construction rrnvolume, population growth factors such as the contribution of the rrncoefficient of elasticity of the urban and rural construction land and rrnpopulation and urban and rural construction land intensive level of county rrnland for construction is not obvious.%通过对土地利用现状的研究以及影响集约利用水平因素的相关分析,并根据研究区域内建设用地利用的实际情况,定性和定量地对吉林省内全部县域建设用地进行集约利用水平分析,运用SPSS软件进行回归模型分析,得出影响吉林省县城范围建设用地集约利用水平的主要因素.结果表明:城乡建设用地人口密度、建设用地地均固定资产投资、建设用地地均地区生产总值、单位地区生产总值消耗新增建设用地量和单位固定资产投资增长消耗新增建设用地量等因素,对县域建设用地集约水平有非常显著的正向影响;单位地区生产总值耗地下降率、地区生产总值与建设用地增长弹性系数和地区生产总值与城乡建设用地增长贡献度,对县域建设用地集约水平有较为显著的正向影响;单位人口增长消耗新增城乡建设量、人口与城乡建设用地弹性系数和人口与城乡建设用地增长贡献度等因素,对县域建设用地集约水平影响不明显.
