Edible and medicinal fungi not only have the particular relish and taste,but also have good nutrition and officinal values.They have wide prospect in research and application.The research progress of protoplast fusion of edible and medicinal fungi and genetic transformation methods were reviewed,the existing problems were analyzed,the prospect was forecasted.%食药用菌不仅有其独特的风味和口感,还具有很好的营养和药用价值,具有广阔的研究应用前景.文中综述了食药用菌的原生质体融合及遗传转化方法的研究进展,并分析了存在问题,最后对食药用菌遗传转化研究的发展进行了展望.
