细菌非可培养状态复苏方法的研究进展

         

摘要

Many bacteria are known to respond to various environmental stresses by entry into a novel physiological state,where the cells remain viable,but are no longer culturable on standard laboratory media,called 'viable but nonculturable state' (VBNC).The bacteria in this special state can be resuscitation and regain to be culturable,including many pathogens.The discovery of VBNC not only provided a new insight for exploration and application of microorganism resource,but also a new challenge for public health and food safety supervision and prevention.The resuscitation methods for VBNC bacteria and the potential resuscitation mechanism to find more insights for future researches were summarized.%细菌在不良环境胁迫下仍保持新陈代谢活性和毒性,但会失去在常规培养基上生长繁殖能力而进入活的非可培养状态(visablebut nonculturable state,VBNC).处于VBNC状态下的细菌,包括很多病原菌,在一定的条件下可复苏并重新获得可培养能力.这为人类对未知微生物资源的开发和利用提供了新的方向,同时对公共健康安全和食品安全的监督与防控提出了全新的挑战.文中综述了VBNC细菌的复苏方法,并分析了其潜在的复苏机制,旨在为今后的研究提供更多的研究思路.
