UNITANK工艺在处理城市生活污水中的运用

         

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study application of UNITANK process in municipal sewage treatment.[Method] One municipal sewage treatment plant in Fengjie County of Chongqiong as case,running effect of UNITANK process was analyzed,and influence of the flow capacity on treatment effect was discussed.[Result] UNITANK process could remove 91.0%-98.6% of NH3-N,87.4%-92.8% of COD,62.0%-75.9% of TN and 75.4%-84.8% of TP.Effluent satisfied the first class discharge standard (GB 18918-2002).TN and TP reached the first class B discharge standard,while NH3-N and COD reached the first class A discharge standard.Higher production load could improve removal efficiency of UNITANK process well and decline treatment cost.[Conclusion] UNITANK process had good treatment effect,especially had good removal ability on NH3-N and COD.%[目的]研究UNITANK工艺在城市生活污水处理中的运用.[方法]以重庆市奉节县某城市污水厂为例,分析了UNITANK工艺的运行效果,并在此基础上探讨了处理量对处理效果的影响.[结果] UNITANK工艺可以去除91.0% ~ 98.6%的NH3-N,87.4%~92.8%的COD,62.0% ~ 75.9%的TN以及75.4% ~84.8%的TP.出水满足一级排放标准(GB 18918-2002),其中TN、TP为一级B类排放标准,NH3-N和COD达一级A类标准.较高的生产负荷可更好地发挥UNITANK工艺的除污效能和降低处理成本.[结论]UNITANK工艺的处理效果良好,特别是良好的NH3-N和COD去除能力.
