重金属Zn2+·Cd2+对田菁生理生化指标的影响

         

摘要

[目的]研究重金属Zn2、Cd2+对田菁生理生化指标的影响.[方法]以田菁幼苗为试验材料,在水培条件下,研究了Zn2、Cd2对田菁幼苗生理上的毒害.[结果]Zn2、Cd2对田菁幼苗毒害作用显著.随着Zn2、Cd2+胁迫浓度的增高,田菁叶片叶绿素含量表现为先增高而后降低的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量表现为下降趋势;脯氨酸含量表现为上升趋势;SOD与POD活性表现为先升高而后降低的趋势.Zn2、Cd2+对田菁幼苗的毒害作用强度不同,Cd2+表现出更强的毒害作用.[结论]该研究为了解海滨地区的重金属污染状况,治理生态环境提供了参考依据.%[Objective] The research aimed to study on the influences of heavy metals of Zn2+ and Cd on physiological and biochemical indices of S. Cannabina. [Method] S. Cannabina seedling was test material. Under hydroponics euhture, the physiological toxic actions of Zn2+ and Cd 2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were studied. [Result] The toxic actions of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were significant. As the increasing of Zn2+ and Cd2 + concentrations, the chlorophyll content of S. Cannabina leaf had a trend of first increasing and declining then. The soluble protein content had a decline trend, and Pro content presented rise trend. The activities of SOD and POD had the trend of first rising and declining then. The toxic intensities of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were different. Cd2+ had stronger toxic action. [Conclusion ] The research provided reference basis for understanding pollutant condition of heavy metal and treating ecological environment in the coastal area.
