概述了黑龙江省水稻生长发育对低温环境的反应,分析了水稻冷害致灾的因素、机理及指标.用变异系数、概率分布函数等方法分析了水稻冷害风险的地域分布,并对水稻冷害经济损失风险进行了讨论.结果表明,黑龙江省伊春北部、黑河和大兴安岭地区冷害风险较大,中部次之,西南和东南部较小.%The effect of the growth and development of rice by cold damage was summarized, and factors, mechanism and indicators of rice cold damage were analyzed. Using the variable coefficients and probability-distribution function methods to analyze the geographical distribution of rice cold damage risk, moreover, economic losses risk by rice cold damage were discussed. The results showed that cold damage risk of North Yichun, Heihe and Greater Khingan prefecture of Heilongjiang Province are greatest, followed by the middle areas, and southwest and southeast are smaller.
