椤木石楠水分利用效率的影响因素研究

         

摘要

[ Objective] The aim was to study influence factors of Photinia davidisoniae' s water use efficiency. [ Method] Using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer, influence factors of Photinia davidisoniae' s water use efficiency were studied, and the main effect of plant water use efficiency in leaf at different times were analyzed. [ Results ] The study showed that there was negative correlation between WUE and PAR, temperature. The trend of WUE and stomatal conductance were contrary in most of the time. Except 09:00 - 11:00,the trend of WUE and intercellular CO2 concentration were identical. The trend of WUE and air CO2 concentration, air relative humidity were identical. [Conclusion] These factors were not separate, they often combined; at the same time, the factors on plant WUE effect vary.%[目的]研究椤木石楠水分利用效率的影响因素.[方法]采用Li-6400便携式光合分析仪,研究椤木石楠的水分生理特征及环境因子,分析在不同时刻影响椤木石楠叶片水分利用效率的主要因子.[结果]水分利用效率与光合有效辐射、温度呈负相关关系;在大部分时间段内,水分利用效率与气孔导度变化趋势相反;除09:00 ~ 11:00外,水分利用效率与胞间CO2浓度变化趋势相同;水分利用效率与空气CO2浓度、空气相对湿度变化趋势相同.[结论]这些因子不是单独发生作用的,往往综合起来作用;同时,各因子对植物水分利用效率的影响也不同.
