食用菌废料在观赏甲虫双叉犀金龟饲养中的再利用

         

摘要

[目的]研究食用菌废料作为双叉犀金龟饲料的可行性.[方法]以发酵木屑为饲料饲养和繁殖的双叉犀金龟为对照,采用食用菌栽培后废弃的菌棒饲养独角仙,比较幼虫增重量、羽化率、成虫体长及母虫产卵数.[结果]食用菌废料在双叉犀空龟幼虫及成虫饲养方面均优于发酵木屑,而成虫产卵数低于发酵木屑.食用菌废料次小颗粒经二次发酵处理后作为饲料饲养的母虫产卵量接近发酵木屑.[结论]以食用菌废料替代发酵木屑饲养双叉犀金龟经济可行,增加了菌农收入,提高了观赏甲虫养殖的利润.%[Objective] To study the feasibility of edible fungus waste materials using as the feed to raise Allomyiina dichotoma (Linnaeus, 1771). [Method] With the Auomyiina dichotoma(Linnaeus,1771) fed with fermented wood shavings as control, other Allomyiina dichotoma (Linnaeus, 1771) were raised with the waste stick of edible fungus, their larva weight growth, emergence rate, adult body length and number of laid eggs were compared. [ Result] The waste materials of edible fungus performed belter than the fermented wood shavings in rasing both the larva and a-dult Allomyiina dichotoma (Linnaeus,1771). The number of laid eggs of the Auomyiina dichotoma(Linnaeus,1771) fed with the secondary fermented small particles of edible fungus waste materials was close to that fed with fermented wood shavings. [ Conclusion] To raise Auomyiina di-chotoma(Linnaeus,1771) with the waste materials of edible fungus instead of wood shavings was both economical and feasible, which could not only increase the farmers' income, but also improve the profits of ornamental beetles breeding.
