Three development stages of living environment design in China were summarized, characteristics in different stages introduced,and suggestions given in view of specific problems. It was proposed that design of modern living environment should be harmonious with the whole environment, innovative spirits and creative designs highlighted in the living environment, regional characteristics, historic and cultural succession valued.%概述了我国现代居住环境设计行业发展的3个阶段,分析其阶段特点,并针对其中存在的问题提出建议,认为:现代居住环境设计应与整体环境相融;在居住环境中应强调创新精神和设计的原创性;设计师应关注地方特色和历史文脉传承.
