分析了吉林省西部地区发展循环经济的意义,并根据地区特点,提出了发展循环经济战略的策略:以循环经济促进法为指导,制定相关政策法规;加强循环经济理念的宣传、教育和培训,提高循环经济认识水平;建设发展循环经济型工业,走新型工业化道路;强化节能降耗,发展清洁能源;加强循环型农业建设,实现农业经济、生态和社会效益的统一.%The significances of the development of recycle economy in Jilin western regions were analyzed, moreover, according to regional characteristics , the strategies for the development of recycle economy were put forward, which include a few aspects as follows: formulating policies and rules guided by the law of promoting recycle economy; strengthening the publicity, education and training of recycle economy principles, improving the level of understanding of recycle economy; constructing and developing the recycle economy in industry,following the road of new style industrialization; enhancing energy conservation and consumption reduction,developing clean energy; strengthening the construction of recycle e-conomy in agriculture,realizing the unification of agricultural economy,ecological and social benefits.
