[目的]研究土壤盐胁迫对女贞幼苗叶片各项生理指标的影响.[方法]以1年生女贞为试验材料,采用盆栽土培法,研究不同土壤盐胁迫强度下女贞幼苗游离脯氨酸、丙二醛以及可溶性糖含量的变化.[结果]女贞幼苗叶片丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量均随胁迫强度的增大而整体表现为上升,女贞叶片可溶性糖含量随土壤盐胁迫强度的增大略有下降的趋势.[结论]女贞对盐胁迫具有较强的抗盐性.%[Objective] The effects of salt stress on the changes of the physiological and biochemical indicators of privet seedlings were studied. [ Method ] The potting soil culture method was applied to study the changes of physiological and biochemical indicators such as the malonaldehyde (MDA) ,free proline content and the soluble sugar of privet under different intensity of salt stress soil. [ Result ] MDA, free proline content increased with the the increase of stress intensity, while the soluble sugar content declined slightly with the increase of soil salt stress intensity. [ Conclusion ] The privet is well capable of salt tolerance.
