[目的]测定成年东北虎腿骨中氨基酸成分.[方法]采用日立L-8800型全自动氨基酸分析仪对1只正常死亡的健康成年东北虎腿骨中的氨基酸含量进行了测定.[结果]成东北年虎腿骨中甘氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸、亮氨酸、天冬氨酸的含量较高,在2 ～6％之间,甲硫氨酸含量最低,小于0.6％.[结论]东北虎骨中含有丰富的氨基酸,测定结果对东北虎在免疫学、疾病诊疗、生理和生化方面的进一步研究和应用提供了难得的基础资料.%[Objective] The aim was to determine amino acid composition in the leg bone of adult Manchurian tiger. [ Methods ] Amino acid content in the leg bone of a natural dead adult Manchurian tiger was determined by L - 8800 type fully automatic amino acid analyzer. [ Result ] The contents of glycine, serine, alanine, arginine, leucine, aspartic acid in the leg bone of adult Manchurian tiger are higher and among 2% - 6%. Methionine content is lowest and less than 0.6%. [ Conclusion] There is abundant amino acid in the leg bone of Manchurian tiger, the determination results provide rare foundation materials for the further research and application of Manchurian tiger in immunology, disease diagnosis and treatment, physiological and biochemical aspects.
