[Objective] The aim was to discuss the distribution characteristics of selenium in different tissue of pigs, which provided significant reference for choosing selenium-rich food. [ Methods ] Selenium contents in two types of pigs in Congjiang County of Guizhou Province were analyzed using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). [Result] The difference of selenium contents in the same tissue of two types of pigs is not significant, however, selenium contents in different tissues of pigs are:kidney(7. 57-7. 88 μg/g) >liver(0. 81-1.46 μg/g) > lean meat(0.24 -0.27 μg/g). [ Conclusion] Selenium content in kidney of pigs in Congjiang County is greater, and reaches the level of selenium - rich, is natural selenium-rich food.%[目的]探讨硒在猪各组织中的分布特征,为选择富硒食品提供参考.[方法]采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法分析了贵州省从江县2种猪中的硒含量.[结果]2种猪相同组织的硒含量相差不大,而猪中不同组织的硒含量特征为:猪肾(7.57~7.88 μg,/g)>猪肝(0.81 ~1.46 μg/g)>瘦肉(0.24~0.27 μg/g).[结论]从江县2种猪猪肾中硒含量较高,达到了富硒水平,是天然的富硒食品.
