不同基质对圆菇温室生长的影响

         

摘要

[目的]解决圆菇夏季因温度较高而不宜栽培的问题.[方法]分别采用3个培养料配方,对圆菇夏季日光温室栽培技术进行研究.[结果]用棉籽壳为主料,菌丝生长最好,现蕾期较短,感染率最低,产量最高,但发菌期最长;用棉籽壳、玉米芯为主料,菌丝生长较好,现蕾期较短,感染率较低,产量较高;用玉米芯、苜蓿废料为主料,菌丝生长较差,发菌期最短,现蕾期较长,感染率最高,产量最低.夏季,在日光温室前屋面盖上草苫,周围种植长蔓植物,可将温度控制在25℃以下,创造适宜圆菇生长发育的环境条件.[结论]为圆菇的高效低投资栽培提供了参考.%[Objective] The aim was to solve the problem that summer isn't suitable for mushroom cultivation. [Method] Three compost recipes were adopted to study sunlight greenhouse cultivation technology for mushroom in summer. [Result] Using cotton seed hulls as substrate, the results showed that mycelium grow best at shorter bud and the lowest infection rate and the highest yield but the longest spawn period; using cotton seed hulls and corn cob as substrate the results showed that mycelium grow well at shorter bud and the lower infection rate and the highest yield; using corn cob and clover as substrate the results showed that mycelium grow worse at longer bud and the highest infection rate and the lowest yield. In summer, covering cotton straw on sunlight greenhouse and cultivating long runners at the surrounding, the temperature could be controlled below 25 centigrade degree and create suitable mushroom growth environment. [Conclusion] The study will provide reference for cultivating mushroom with high - efficiency and low input.
