The idea, system and mode of Japan garbage disposal have certain enlightenment function to explore waste treatment in China, moreover, the differences of garbage disposal between China and Japan were analyzed from the aspects of politics, economy and mass environmental protection consciousness and other aspects, thereby, problems in rural household garbage disposal in China were found out, finally, measures for household garbage disposal which suitable for Chinas national conditions were proposed.%日本垃圾处理的观念、制度和模式对我国正在探索的垃圾处理有一定的启示作用.通过从政治、经济和群众环保意识等方面对中日两国生活垃圾处理过程的差异进行分析,从而找出了我国农村生活垃圾处理中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出适合我国国情的处理生活垃圾的措施.
