从农业产业基础、耕地资源条件、资本投资能力、生产资料投入4方面构建陕西省农业投资环境评价指标体系,据此对陕西农业投资环境进行评估并提出改善建议.%Agricultural investrhenl environment evaluation index of Shaanxi Province was constructed from four aspects including agriculturalrnbase, land resources condition, capital inveslment capacity, means of production input. Accordingly, agricultural investment environment ofrnShaanxi was evaluated and the improvemenl suggestions were proposed.
