The ArcGIS Server and Flex were used to build a digital Kaahgar public platform based on Rich Internet Application technology and REST. With Flash builder and VS as IDE, and ArcSDE and Oracle as spatial database servers, the platform combines the functions of display of thematic information, basic and auxiliary functions of maps together. Among them, display of thematic information includes control of layers, online editing, demo animate of thematic information; the basic map functions include users login interface, map browsing, query, calculation, etc; the auxiliary functions include data extraction, network analysis, etc.Through practical application, the platform has diverse functions and quick response, which offers excellent information sharing and decision support for the public and scientific research.%采用ArcGIS Server和Flex构建了基于Rich Internet Application技术的REST(Representational State Transfer)风格的数字喀什公共平台.该平台以VS、Flash builder为开发环境,配置 ArcSDE和Oracle作为空间数据库服务器,集专题信息展示、地图基本功能和辅助功能于一体.其中专题信息展示包括在线编辑、专题信息变化动画演示功能等,地图基本功能包括用户登录、地图浏览、查询、量算等,辅助功能包括数据提职、网络分析等.通过实际应用发现,数字喀什公共平台功能完善,响应迅速,为公众、科研人员以及管理部门提供了很好的信息共享和决策支持.
