红枣去核机的设计与研发

         

摘要

I Objective] The aim was to realize the complete automation of the transport, positioning, pitting and separation of jujube pitting, and improve the automatic level of jujuhe pitting processing. [ Method ] The technical specifications of ihe jujube pitting machine were analyzed, the key technical parts were redesigned, and the main technical parameters were measured, and finally a whole set of design scheme was presented. [Result] According to the characteristics of red jujube and its processing characteristics,a storage space was added to realize the storage and transport of jujube to the conveyor belt. With the cam as an oriented device, the pressure when the pitting screw entered into the oriented device was reduced, which greatly decreased the damage rale of red jujube. [ Conclusion ] The design of the pitting machine realizes the complete automation of jujube pitting, the machine has the advantages of compact structure, easy operation, high production efficiency, low damage rate and so on.%[目的]实现红枣输送、定位、冲核和分离过程完全自动化,提高红枣去核加工工艺自动化水平.[方法]分析红枣去核生产工艺技术要求对关键技术构件进行革新设计,对主要技术参数进行计算与选择,最后给出一整套设计方案.[结果]根据红枣及其加工工艺特点增加了红枣存储机构,实现了红枣的存储及往输送带上输送;采用凸轮机构作为冲核杆的导向机构,减少了冲杆在刚进入导向机构时的冲击力,降低了红枣破损率.[结论]该机的设计实现了红枣去核工艺全自动化.该机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、生产效率高、破坏率低等特点.
