Cu/Zn-SODM 和Mn-SODM 对小麦生长发育和产量的影响

         

摘要

[ Objective] The purpose was to confirm the yield - increasing effect of SODM on wheat. [ Method ] Cu/Zn-SODM and Mn-SODM were used to treat two wheat varieties, weak -gluten wheat YangmailS and medium - gluten wheat Yangmail6, by spraying and seed soaking, and dry weight, leaf area index, and number of spikes,grain number per spike and grain weight in mature stage, and yield were determined and analyzed. [ Result] The results indicated that dry weight and leaf area index increased after treatment in seedling stage, elongation stage, flag leaf e-longating stage, heading stage,milk-ripe stage and maturing stage, and those of soaking treatment and soaking with spraying treatment had significant difference with control. Except spraying with Mn-SODM ,the other treatments all obviously increased number of spikes, grain number per spike,grain weight and yield. Yield increased was the biggest of 14. 1% - 16. 1% by soaking with Cu/Zn-SODM, and yield increased was the smallest of 2.6% -4.0% by soaking with Mn-SODM. [Conclusion] It is the most effective for increasing yield of Yangmail5 and Yangmail6 by soaking them with Cu/Zn-SODM.%[目的]为明确使用SODM调节剂对小麦(Triticum aestivum)的增产效果.[方法]结合运用喷施、浸种等措施,对2种不同小麦品种(弱筋小麦扬麦15和中筋小麦扬麦16)施用Cu/Zn和Mn 2种金属离子类型SODM调节剂,测定分析不同生长时期干物质重、叶面积指数及成熟期的穗数、每穗粒数、粒重和产量.[结果]各处理增加了苗期、拔节期、挑旗期、抽穗期、乳熟期和成熟期的干物质重及叶面积指数,浸种处理和浸种+喷施处理与对照间差异达到显著水平.除Mn-SODM喷施处理外,其他各处理均显著增加了小麦穗数、每穗粒数、粒重和产量.其中Cu/Zn-SODM浸种处理增产14.1%~16.1%,增幅最大,Mn-SODM喷施处理增产2.6% ~4.0%,增幅最小.[结论]用Cu/Zn-SODM浸种对提高扬麦15和扬麦16产量最有效.
