[ Objective ] The aim was to study on time-spare distribution model of cold chain logistics for vegetables. [ Method ] Broccoli was taken as an example. Detailedly, time-space distribution model of cold chain logistics for broccoli was proposed from cost and benefiu based on change of time and space, and a comprehensive evaluation was made on timeliness, efficiency, risks, added-value of products and satisfaction of information in cold-chain logistics. [Result] The efficiency of cold chain logistics for vegetable can be improved by time-space distribution model of cold chain logistics. [ Conclusion ] The cost and benefits of vegetable could be evaluated by the model.%[目的]对蔬菜冷链物流的时空运行模式进行研究.[方法]以西兰花为例,以时间和空间转变为依据,从成本和效益角度提出蔬菜冷链物流时空运行模式,并对冷链物流中信息时效性、效率、风险和产品附加值、客户满意度等效益评价体系所产生的效益进行综合评价.[结果]蔬菜冷链物流时空运行模式可有效提高蔬菜冷链物流效率.[结论]蔬菜冷链物流时空运行模式可评价蔬菜时空运行中的成本与效益.
