According to the working principles of clamp-style precision dibbler, the seeds* motion process in the dihbler was analyzed. By usingrnthe feature-based parametric modeling software ADAMS, the three-dimensional modeling of dibbler components was completed and then simulatedrnfor virtual assembly and analysis. The results proved the practicability of ADAMS application in the design and analysis of clamp-type precisionrndibbler, which reduced the design and manufacturing costs and benefited the technical innovation research.%根据钳夹式精量穴播器的工作原理,分析了种子在穴播器里的运动过程.利用基于特征的参数化造型软件ADAMS完成了穴播器各零部件的三维造型,并进行虚拟装配及仿真分析.结果表明,利用ADAMS对钳夹式精量穴播器进行设计的方法可行合理,有利于降低设计制造成本和技术革新的研究.
