[ Objective ] To study the role of G protein in light-regulated stomatal movement in Vicia faba L.. [ Method ] Hie means of pharmacological approach and stomatal analysis were adopted to study the role of G protein in light-regulated stomatal movement. [ Result ] CTX induced stomatal closure under light, and it can be reversed by ascorbic acid and catalase. [Conclusion] G protein was blunted by light, and H2O2 may be the downsteam signal in G protein participated signal pathway.%[目的]探究G蛋白在光调控的气孔运动中的作用.[方法]通过药理学试验和气孔分析,证明C蛋白参与光诱导的气孔运动.[结果]CTX诱导光下气孔关闭,同时该效应可被H2O2清除剂Vc、CAT所逆转.[结论]光下G蛋白被钝化.G蛋白可能是H2O2的上游信号分子.
