不同种植方式对小麦旗叶衰老的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose was to study effects of different planting patterns on senescence of flag leaf in wheat, and clarify differences in drought resistance among them. [ Method] Three planting patterns were raised-bed culture, trench culture and ridge culture, and the correlation indices of senescence were the contents of leaf water, chlorophyll and MDA, the relative electric conductivity and the activities of SOD and CAT respectively. [ Result ] The results showed that under the raised-bed culture, the senescence rale and degradation rate of the chlorophyll of flag leaf slowed down in the later period, and its SOD and CAT activities were higher, and its MDA content was lower than those of the other treatments, it had strengthened the drought resistance of wheat. Although the trench culture wheat showed a certain superiority compared with ridge culture wheat, its senescence degradation rate was faster than that of raised-bed culture. [Conclusion] Their drought resistance of three planting patterns is as follows; Raised-bed culture > trench culture > ridge culture.%[目的]研究不同种植方式对小麦(Triticum aestivum)旗叶衰老的影响,阐明不同种植方式下小麦的抗旱性差异.[方法]3种种植方式分别为垄作、沟作和畦作.小麦衰老相关指标分别为叶绿素含量、电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和可溶性蛋白含量.[结果]垄作小麦生育后期旗叶的衰老速度减缓,叶绿素降解速度变慢,抗氧化酶类SOD、CAT活性较高,MDA含量较低,具有较好的抗旱性.沟作小麦与畦麦相比虽也表现出一定的优越性,但与垄麦相比,旗叶衰老速度更快.[结论]3种种植方式的抗旱能力依次为:垄作>沟作>畦作.
