诃子鞣质提取物对白假丝酵母的抗菌活性研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study the antifungal activity of tannin extracts from Terminalia chebula Retz. against Candidarnalbicans in vitro. [Method] The effective component tannin was extracted from T. chebula by ultrasonic-assisted method. And the content ofrntannin was detected by Folin-phenol colorimetry. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum fugicide concentration (MFC) ofrntannin extracts from T. chebula against C. albicans were studied by using micro-dilution method. The morphology changes of Candida albicansrnwere observed by light microscope and fluorescence microscope. [ Result ] MIC of tannin extracts from T. chebula against C. atbicans wasrn15. 336 mg/ml and MFC was 30. 67 mg/ml. Tannin extracts from T. chebula could cause the deformation, morphology destruction, and deathrnof C. albicans, and meanwhile inhibit the formation of germ tube and pseudohypha. [Conclusion] Tannin extracts from T. chebula had inhihi-rntive and killing effects against C. albicans.%[目的]研究诃子鞣质提取物对白假丝酵母的体外抗菌活性.[方法]利用超声波提取诃子有效成分鞣质,采用福林-酚比色法检测鞣质的含量,并采用微量稀释法研究诃子鞣质提取物对白假丝酵母的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MFC),观察光学显微镜和荧光显微镜下白假丝酵母形态结构的变化.[结果]诃子鞣质提取物对白假丝酵母的最低抑菌浓度为15.33 mg/ml,而最低杀菌浓度为30.67 mg/ml.诃子鞣质提取物可导致白假丝酵母细胞变形、形态结构改变,最终导致其死亡,同时会抑制细胞芽管、假菌丝的形成.[结论]诃子鞣质提取物对白假丝酵母具有抑制和杀灭作用.
