[Objective] To analyze the volatile chemical components in Inula salsoloides Ostenf. by GC-MS. [ Melhod] The volatile chemical components were firstly extracted by water-steam distillation and then analyzed with GC-MS. [ Result] Twenty components were extracted and identified from /. Salsoloides, and the main components were 8-isopropylidene-bicyclo[4. 3.0]nonan-2-one,( 13.92% ) , 1,1-diethoxy-ethane (10.38%), l-(l-ethuxyethoxy)-propane(10.30%}, 2-(l-oxopropyl)- benzoic acid, methyl ester (10.08% ), nutmeg acid (S. 03% ) and diethyl phthalate(7. 38% ). [Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable and can be used for analyzing the volatile components in /. Salsoloides.%[目的]对蓼子朴挥发油中的化学成分进行GC-MS分析.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓼子朴中的挥发性成分,并采用GC-MS对所提取的成分进行分析.[结果]从蓼子朴挥发油中共鉴定出20种物质.其中主要成分为8-亚异丙基二环[4.3.0]-2-壬酮(13.92%)、二乙醇缩乙醛(10.38%)、二乙二醇缩乙二醛(10.30%)、邻丙酰基苯甲酸甲酯(10.08%)、肉豆蔻酸(8.03%)和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(7.38%)等.[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于蓼子朴挥发油中的化学成分分析.
