采后生物学与技术课程教学改革与实践

         

摘要

分析了采后生物学与技术课程教学中存在的问题,提出了在课程教学内容改革中,以适当的方式将果蔬采后商品化处理实际及采后生物学的发展趋势贯穿于课堂教学中,使学生能够及时了解果蔬采后贮运中亟待解决的问题;教学方法和教学手段的改革中,注重专业英语和课件建设;实验教学注重学生实践技能操作与综合能力的培养;并对课程考试进行了改革.%The problems in the teaching of Postharvest Biology and Technology were analyzed, and a series of reform was carried out on the teaching content, teaching methods, practice teaching and examination system. In the reform of teaching content, it was proposed to penetrate the postharvest commercial treatment and pOBtharvest biology into the classroom teaching in order to let the students timely grasp the problems in the storage and transport of fruits and vegetables that need to be solved urgently. Great attention should be paid to the professional English and multi-media building during the reform of teaching methods. In the practice teaching, practical skills and comprehensive ability were specially cultivated. And the examination reform was also discussed in this paper.
