[目的]优化香蕉开放式组培的增殖培养基成分,以提高香蕉丛生芽的增殖系数.[方法]以“巴西”香蕉继代培养获得的分化芽为材料,以MS培养基为基本培养基,并以0.014%的次氯酸钠为抑菌剂,通过观察不同浓度的蔗糖、植物生长调节剂及在不同pH值对芽增殖的影响,确定最佳的香蕉分化芽增殖培养条件.[结果]香蕉分化芽增殖的最佳培养条件为30 g/L蔗糖+1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.03mg/L NAA,pH 5.8.[结论]在最佳条件下进行继代培养3代后,增殖系数分别是3.40、3.32和3.28,与传统组培方法相比差异不显著.%[Objective] To optimize the compositions in multiplication medium of banana open tissue culture, so as to improve the multiplication ratio of banana cluster buds. [ Method] With the buds differentiated from the successive transfer culture of "Brazil" banana as test materials, different concentrations of sucrose and plant growth regulators were added into the MS medium at different pH value, together with 0.014% sodium hypochlorite as bacterial inhibitor, the best multiplication culture conditions were determined according to the effects of different concentrations of sucrose, plant growth regulators and different pH values on the bud differentiation. [ Result] The best multiplication conditions were MS+30 g/L sucrose + 1 mg/L 6-BA+0.03 mg/L NAA, and pH value was 5.8. [Conclusion] The optimized culture medium was tested by a total of three subcultures with multiplication rates of 3.30, 3.23 and 3.19 respectively, which was not significantly different from the traditional way of banana culture.
