野古草水淹后恢复生长动态研究

         

摘要

[目的]探究野古草(Arundinella anomala Steud.)水淹处理后不同恢复生长期的生长差异.[方法]通过设置对照、水淹根部(植株置于水中,仅地下部分被淹没)和水淹2m(植株置于水中,顶部距水面2m)3个水淹深度以及40、60、90d3个水淹时间,观察了野古草在出来后不同恢复生长期的生长情况.[结果]短期水淹后,野古草在整个恢复生长期的分蘖数保特不变.90d的长期水淹后,其分蘖数在恢复生长初期迅速增加,且分蘖数增加速率都高于对照植株,在恢复生长后期生长速率有所降低,但仍高于对照植株.长时间的水淹会使野古草植株地上部分生物量减少,但在出水后的整个恢复生长期地上部分生物量会迅速增加.[结论]野古草植株在水淹后仍可进行恢复生长,长时间水淹后其生长在恢复生长初期表现更明显,说明该物种对水淹具有一定的耐受能力.%[Objective] To explore the differences in the recovery growth of A. anomal after submergence at different time. [Method] Three treatments were set up, namely, the control, underground submergence (underground of plants submerged in water) and complete submergence with 2 m water depth (top of plants 2 m below water surface). Three flooding durations were also set up, including 40, 60 and 90 d. The growth of A. anomala at different recovery periods was observed. [Result] After short-period submergence, the tiller number of A, anomala remained the same during the whole recovery period. Tiller number of A. anomala exposed to 90 d submergence increased quickly during the early recovery period, and it started to increase slowly during the late recovery period, but the rate of increase was still higher than that of the control plants. The abovcground biomoss of A. anomala was inhibited by long-term submergence, but it increased quickly during recovery period. [Conclusion] A. anomala still had recovery capability after submergence, especially at the primary stage of recovery growth, and it showed good tolerance to submergence.
