膨润土制备高效活性白土的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The technology for preparation of activated white clay was optimized to provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of high quality activated clay. [Method] Taking Ca-bentonite as the raw material, H2SO4, HCl and C2H2O4 as activating agent, the effects of the mixed acid volume ratio, the ratio of liquid to solid, reaction temperature and reaction time on activated clay activity, decolorization rate and relative brightness were studied. [Result] When the volume ratio of mixed acids H2SO4:HCl:C2H2O4 was 5:5:1, liquid-to-solid ratio was 4:1, reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and reaction lime was 4 h, activated clay activity was 204, decolorization rate was 98% , and relative brightness was 82. [Conclusion]Mixed acid concentration is moderate, acidification effect is good, acid consumption is low, washing water is little, and production cost is low. The technology is suitable for industrial production of activated white clay.%[目的]优化活性白土制备的工艺,为制备高品质的活性白土提供理论依据.[方法]以钙基膨润土为原料,以硫酸、盐酸、草酸组成的混酸为活化试剂,研究混酸体积比、液固比、反应温度和反应时间对活性白土的活性度、脱色率和相对白度的影响.[结果]当混酸体积比为硫酸∶盐酸∶草酸=5∶5∶1、液固比为4∶1、反应温度为80 ℃、反应时间为4h时,制备活性白土的活性度为204,脱色率为98%,相对白度为82.[结论]以混酸活化膨润土制备活性白土,混酸浓度适中,酸化效果好,耗酸量低,洗涤用水少,生产成本低,是一种适合于工业生产高效活性白土的方法.
