土地利用变化生态环境效应的动态评价——以邵阳县为例

         

摘要

According to the TM RS data of Shaoyang County in 2001 and 2009, the effect of land use change on the eco-environment was e-valuated with the land use dynamic model, land utilization degree model and ecological system service value theory. The results showed that the change of construction lands was the largest, while that of other land types was small; the change of land use degree was insignificant. The ecosystem services value of woodland was increasing, while that of other land types was decreasing; As indicated by the sensitivity of ecosystem services value, it lacked flexibility. According to the status and particularity of eco-environment in the study area, the changes of land use and eco-environment were mainly caused by the factors of population, the engineering of farmland returning, forestland returning and grassland returning, and economic development.%以邵阳县2001和2009年TM遥感影像为数据源,运用土地利用动态度模型、土地利用程度模型以及生态系统服务价值理论对土地利用变化的生态环境效应进行了评价.结果表明:从动态变化来看,建设用地变化最为突出,其他类型变动较小;从利用程度上看,土地利用程度变化不明显.林地生态服务价值呈增加趋势,而其他地类生态服务价值呈减少趋势;生态系统服务价值敏感性分析结果表明其生态系统服务价值缺乏弹性.结合研究区的生态环境现状及其特殊性等,分析认为人口数量变化、退耕退林退草工程及经济发展是导致土地利用及生态环境变化的主要原因.
