190 households of Shuigao Village were surveyed to carry out the experiments of material reward for living garbage sorting and recovery. The results showed that a total of 79.89% households in the demonstration area participated in the waste sorting and recovery in the period of experiment. About 4 941. 10 kg plastic products and 1 370. 50 kg of other recyclable materials were collected during the 9 months. Each person was rewarded 1.22 Yuan each time. By means of material reward and frequent changes in the type of reward, the farmers'enthusiasm in waste sorting was significantly improved in rural areas. The facts have proved that those incentive measures are practical and positive to promoting the sorting of rural domestic garbage.%以天津市水高庄村190农户为研究对象,采取物质奖励的方式进行垃圾分类回收试验.结果表明,实施期内,示范区内共有79.89％农户参与过垃圾分类回收;共回收塑料袋4 941.10 kg,其他可回收物1 370.50 kg.垃圾分类奖励人均1.22元/次.通过物质奖励手段且经常改变发放物质奖励的种类,可明显提高农民参与垃圾分类的积极性.事实证明,奖励措施对于农村垃圾源头分类是切实可行的且具有积极的促进作用.
