Based on the Held investigation of the customer satisfaction with farm tourism in Xlaying Town of Tianjin, and according to the basicrntheory of American Customer Satisfaction Index Model ( ACSI) , the principal component analysis was used to evaluate customer satisfaction andrnanalyze its relationships with customer loyalty. The results showed that the personalized marketing and the advanced information network wouldrnhelp to improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.%基于对天津市下营镇农家乐顾客满意度的实地调查,以美国顾客满意度指数模型( ACSI)为基本理论依据,运用主成分分析法对顾客满意度进行综合评价,并分析顾客满意度与顾客忠诚度之间的关系.结果表明,个性化营销、完善的信息网络建设有助于改善顾客满意度,进而提高顾客忠诚度.
