[ Objective] To optimize the ethane! extraction conditions of hesperidin from Citrus peels. [ Method] AL,(3') orthogonal experiment was designed to observe the influence of ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of hesperidin. [ Result] The best extraction conditions were 70% ethanol, 15:1 ml/g liquid-solid ratio, 70 X of temperature and 2.5 h duration, under the conditions, the yield of hesperidin was 4. 38% , and the average recovery of this method was 100. 09% . [Conclusion] The method is simple, stable and reliable, thus it can be used for the industrialized production of heeperidin.%[目的]对乙醇为提取剂提取橘皮中橙皮苷的工艺条件进行优化.[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察了乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取温度和提取时间对橙皮苷得率的影响.[结果]提取橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件为:以体积分数为70％的乙醇为提取剂,液料比15∶1ml/g,70℃下回流提取2.5h,在此条件下橙皮苷得率为4.38％.加样回收试验表明,方法平均回收率为100.90％.[结论]该方法操作简便、稳定可靠,可用于工业生产.
