[Objective] To sludy the chemical constituents in the rattan and stem of Schisandra wilsoniana A. C. Smith.. [Method] The chemical constituents from the rattan and stem were isolated by column chromatography and high efficiency liquid cfiromatography, and their structures were identified by the spectral analysis. [ Result] Six compounds were isolated and identified as Wuweilignan E( 1), Melhyigomisin R(2), Melhylisogomisin 0(3), Comisin D(4), Tigloylgomisin P(5) and Comisin N(6). [Conclusion] Compounds 1 -3 are isolated from, Schisandra wihonuuia A. C. Smith, for the first time-%[目的]研究鹤庆五味子藤茎的化学成分.[方法]采用柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱对鹤庆五味子藤茎的化学成分进行提取分离,并通过现代波谱法对化合物的结构进行鉴定.[结果]从鹤庆五味子藤茎中分离到6个化合物,分别为Wuweilignan E(1)、Methylgomisin R(2)、Methylisogomisin O(3)、Gomisin D(4)、Tigloylgomisin P(5)和Gomisin N(6).[结论]化合物1、2和3均为首次从鹤庆五味子中分离得到.
