[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the harm situation of flea beetle on ihree types of rape in spring rape area, and diacuss the resistance difference to flea beetle among three major types at seedling stage and choose the varieties (lines) with strong resistance. [ Method] 16 representative rape varieties (lines) in alpine area were selected and cultivated in experimental field for three repeated trials, then the flea beetle damage state was surveyed at seedling stage. [ Result] The rape different varieties (lines) had significantly difference in the flea beetle resistance(P<0.05); Trie type with the strangest resistance to flea beetle was Braiscta juacea, the next was Brossica napus, the weakest type was Brassica rape. Among Brasscia jancea, the lines with the strongest resistance to flea beetle was Yanciaocunjie, the next was 98921 , multi-room rape and big spicy mustard, and which was 903 among Brassica ruipus, and which was Qingyou 241 among Brasstca rape. [Conclusion] Some rape varieties( lines), such as Yanxiaocunjie, 98921, multiple rooms rape, large spicy mustard, Du 903, Qingyou No. 14, 233, Qing-za No. 5, Qingyou 241, 97-46 II , can be used as breeding materials with resistance to flea beetle. The research can accumulate data for study on three major types of rapes resistance to flea beetle at seedling stage and provides a scientific basil for breeding of rape against the harm by flea bcelle.%[目的]研究春油菜区跳甲对3大类型油菜(Brassica L.)苗期的危害状况,探讨3大类型油菜在苗期对跳甲的抗性差异并筛选强抗跳甲品种(系).[方法]选取16个在高寒地区具有代表性的油菜品种(系)在试验田进行3次重复试验,苗期田间调查跳甲危害状况.[结果]不同类型油菜品种(系)对跳甲抗性差异显著(P＜0.05);16份材料对跳甲抗性最强的是芥菜型油菜,其次为甘蓝型油菜,白菜型油菜抗性最弱.荠菜型油菜中抗性最强的品种为严小村芥,其次为98921、多室油菜和大辣芥,甘蓝型油菜中杜903抗性最强,白菜型油菜中抗性最强的为青油241.[结论]严小村芥、98921、多室油菜、大辣芥、杜903、青油14号、233、青杂5号、青油241、双低白、97-46Ⅱ等这些品种(系)可以作为抗跳甲育种材料.该研究可为春油菜区3大类型油菜苗期对跳甲抗性研究积累资料,并为油菜抗跳甲育种提供科学依据.
