大花秋葵耐盐性研究

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose was to study the salt resistance of Hibiscus grandiflona, and provide a basis for its planting in saline and alkaline land. [ Method] Hibiscus grandiflona seeds were cultured in 0. 2% , 0.4% , 0.6% and 0.8% NaCl solution respectively after they were cleaned, and then their growth status was observed, their relative conductivity and proline content were determined, and their survival rate was calculated, taking deionized water as control. [ Result] Salt stress inhibited Hibiscus grandiflorus' s seed germination rate and seedling survival rate, and when NaCl concentration was more than 0. 8% , they decreased obviously. With increasing of NaCl concentration, Hibiscus grandiflorus' s leaf relative conductivity and proline content showed a rising trend, and when its concentration was 0.8%, they increased significantly. [ Conclusion] When NaCl concentration is equal or more than 0.8% , it can affect Hibiscus grandiflorus's growth, physiology and survival rate, so Hibiscus grandiflorus community can not be constructed by sowing in the saline and alkaline land with NaCl concentration e-qual or more than 0.8%.%[目的]研究大花秋葵(Hibiscus grandiflorus)的耐盐性,为其在盐碱地上的应用提供依据.[方法]将大花秋葵种子清洗后,分别放入0.2%、0.4%、0.6% 、0.8% NaCl溶液中培养,观察生长状况,测定相对电导率和脯氨酸含量,并计算成活率,以去离子水为对照.[结果]NaCl胁迫抑制了大花秋葵种子发芽率和幼苗成活率;当NaCl浓度超过0.8%时,大花秋葵种子发芽率和苗木成活率显著下降;随着NaCl浓度的增加,大花秋葵叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,当浓度为0.8%时,叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸含量显著增加.[结论]当NaCl浓度≥0.8%时,会对大花秋葵的生长、生理和成活率产生影响,且在NaCl浓度为0.8%及以上的盐碱地无法通过播种来建植大花秋葵群落.
