[目的]研究熟地黄浸提物对培养的小鼠TM4细胞的抑制作用.[方法]通过显微镜观察和MTT法研究不同浓度的熟地黄乙醇提取物对小鼠支持细胞系中TM4细胞的影响.[结果]浓度40 μg/ml的醇提取物处理组对TM4细胞已经有较明显的抑制作用;而随着处理浓度的增大,这种抑制作用越来越强,当处理浓度达到100μg/ml时,TM4细胞的生长已经基本完全被抑制.[结论]熟地黄醇提取物对TM4细胞的生长和增殖有抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性.%[ Objective ] To study the inhibitory effects of RADIX REHMANNIAE PRAEPARATA extracts on the cultured mouse TM4 cells. [ Method] The influence of different concentrations of ethanol extracts from RADIX REHMANNIAE PRAEPARATA on the mouse TM4 cells was observed under microscope and detected through MTT method. [Result] 40 μg/ml ethanol extracts from RADIX REHMANNIAE PRAEPARATA had obvious inhibitory effect on TM4 cells, and the inhibitory effect become stronger with the increasing concentration of extracts, the growth of TM4 cells was completely inhibited when the concentration reached 100 |xg/ml. [Conclusion] The ethanol extracts from RADIX REHMANNIAE PRAEPARATA inhibited the growth and proliferation of TM4 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
