二氯喹啉酸在水稻田环境中的消解动态研究

         

摘要

[目的]研究二氯喹啉酸在水稻田环境中的消解动态.[方法]选择湖南、广西2地的水稻田为试验对象,于2010、2011年利用高效液相色谱法检测二氯喹啉酸在水稻田环境中的消解动态.[结果]二氯喹啉酸在环境样品中的最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg.当添加浓度在0.05 ~1.00 mg/kg时,回收率范围在80.40%~ 111.38%,变异系数为1.24% ~5.83%;二氯喹啉酸在稻田土、稻田水及水稻植株中的降解符合一级化学反应动力方程C=Coe -kt;二氟喹啉酸在湖南和广西省水稻植株中的2年平均半衰期分别为2.54、2.43 d,稻田水中为3.05、2.70 d,稻田土中为6.03、9.30 d.[结论]该研究为二氯喹啉酸在水稻田中的合理利用提供了依据.%[ Objective] The aim was to study the degradation dynamics of quinclorac in paddy field. [ Method] Degradation dynamics of quinclorac in paddy field of Hunan and Guangxi Province were studied by high performance liquid chromatography method in 2010 and 2012. [ Result] The results showed that the limit of detections (LODs) of quinclorac in samples was 0.01 mg/kg. The recovery rates of quinclorac fortified at 0.05 -1.00 mg/kg were from 80.40% to 111.38% , with CV from 1.24% to 5. 83%. The degradation of quinclorac in rice plant .paddy soil and paddy water accorded with the first-order chemical kinetic equation C = Coe‐ kl. The average half life of quinclorac was 2. 40 and 2. 43 days in rice plants,3. 05 and 2.70 days in paddy water,6.03 and 9. 30 days in paddy soil of Hunan and Guangxi Province respectively. [Conclusion] The study provides a basis for rational utilization of quinclorac in paddy field.
