滴灌条件下梭梭肉苁蓉抗旱生理指标的变化

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The changes of physiological indexes of Haloxylon cislanche drougbi resistance under drip irrigation were explored. [ Method] Taking artificial inoculation Haloxylon cistanche as materials, ultraviolet fluorescence analysis method was adopted to study moisture content during the growth process, protective enzyme activity and osmoregulation substance content. [Result]The moisture content in Cistanche body was above 72% , and reduced to 63% in the latter. During the growth process, the soluble protein content continued to increase. Soluble sugar content increased, then decreased,while proline content first decreased and then increased. Superoxide dismutase activity showed a high level of changes, which increased and then decreased. The relative conductivity of Haloxylon cistanche was low, but gradually increased with the growth, indicating that the ability of cell membrane to withstand external adversities was strong. [ Conclusion ] Under drip irrigation, Haloxylon cistanche showed a strong drought resistance during the growth process.%[目的]探讨滴灌条件下梭梭肉苁蓉抗旱生理指标的变化、[方法]以人工接种肉苁蓉为研究对象,采用紫外荧光分析等方法测定肉苁蓉生长过程中水分含量、保护酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的变化.[结果]肉苁蓉体内的水分含量在72%以上,在后期降为63%.在肉苁蓉生长发育过程中,超氧化物歧化酶活性表现出较高水平的变化,先增加,后减小.梭梭肉苁蓉相对电导率较小,但随着生长逐渐增大,说明细胞质膜抵御外界逆境的能力较强.在肉苁蓉生长过程中,可溶性蛋白质含量持续增加;可溶性糖含量先升高,后降低;脯氨酸含量的变化相反,先降低,后升高.[结论]在滴灌条件下,梭梭肉苁蓉在生长过程中表现较强的抗旱性.
