The M. peniciosa of A. bisporus was taken as the detection bacteria, and nine kinds of chemicals were conducted laboratory tablet efficacy test. A mushroom-bed application validation was carried out for the screened chemicals with strong inhibition to M. peniciosa. [ Result] Nine kinds of chemicals had obvious difference in control effects on M. peniciosa and effects on the growth of A. bisporus. Among them diluted 2 400 times and 3 200 limes of 78% Boer MZ WP and diluted 2 400 times of 69% Futura frost WP after casing material handling had good control effects on M. peniciosa and had no apparent adverse effects on the mycelial growth and fruiting development of A bisporus. [ Conclusion] The diluted 2 400 times and 3 200 times of 78% Boer MZ WP and diluted 2 400 times of 69% Futura frost WP are worth popularizing.%[目的]筛选对双孢蘑菇疣孢霉病防治效果较好的化学药剂.[方法]以双孢蘑菇疣孢霉为检测菌,对9种化学药剂进行了实验室平板药效检测试验,并对筛选出的对疣孢霉抑制力强的药剂进行了菇床应用验证.[结果]9种化学药剂对疣孢霉病的防治效果和对双孢蘑菇生长的影响有明显差异,其中78%波尔·锰锌可湿性粉剂的稀释2 400、3 200倍和69%富利霜可湿性粉剂稀释2 400倍进行覆土材料处理后均对双孢蘑菇疣孢霉病具有较好的防治效果,且对双孢蘑菇的菌丝生长和子实体发育均无明显的不良影响.[结论]78%波尔·锰锌可湿性粉剂的稀释2 400、3 200倍和69%富利霜可湿性粉剂稀释2 400倍在生产上值得推广.
