6种防治烟草花叶病的药剂筛选

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The basis of the prevention and control of tobacco mosaic disease in the tobacco production was provided through the experiment in the selection of 6 pesticides controlling the disease. [Method] An experiment in the control efficiency of 6 pesticides against tobacco mosaic disease of flue-cured tobacco was carried out. [Result] The results showed that a variety of pesticides had a certain effect on the control of tobacco mosaic disease. The better effect control can get by using 20% moroxydine ·cupric acetate wettable powder, 0.5% lentinan agent, 6% alkene ·Milestone wettable powder, and 2% oligosaccharins agent with average controlling effect as 60.3% ,58.3% ,57.6% and 57. 5% , respectively. 24% mixed fatty bluestone had relatively poor controlling effect as only 55.1%. [ Conclusion] The controlling of tobacco mosaic in production should alternately use the 20% moroxydine ·cupric acetate wettable powder, 0. 5% lentinan agent, 6% alkene ·bluestone wettable powder, and 2% oligosaccharins agent pesticides in Pu'er City.%[目的]对防治烟草花叶病的部分药剂进行筛选,为生产上选择防治花叶病的药剂提供依据.[方法]在普洱市6个县区进行了6种药剂对烟草花叶病的防治效果试验.[结果]各种药剂对防治烟草花叶病均有一定效果.在6个县区,20%吗胍·乙酸铜可湿性粉剂、0.5%香菇多糖水剂、6%烯羟·硫酸铜可湿性粉剂、2%氨基寡糖素水剂的防治效果均较好,平均防治效果分别达60.3%、58.3%、57.6%和57.5%.24%混脂·硫酸铜水乳剂的防治效果较差,防治效果仅55.1%.[结论]在普洱市烟叶生产上进行烟草花叶病的防治可采用20%吗胍·乙酸铜可湿性粉剂、0.5%香菇多糖水剂、6%烯羟·硫酸铜可湿性粉剂、2%氨基寡糖素水剂交替轮换使用.
