[Objective] Explore pistacia seeds on germination percentage and rate of emergence. [ Method] Different seed treatment methods, different concentration gibberellin solution treatments, different overlying soil depth were tested. [ Result]The seeds have good water absorben- cy, such as the percentage of water-absorption after soaking seeds 48 hours was 31.4% , which was close to the seed saturated water absorbing capacity. Germination rate of the seeds were 21. 6% and 28. 6% respectively by after 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L gibberellin solution treatment for 12 h,this result were higher than that in the control group(P <0.05) . Germination rate of the seed can be obviously improved by removing testa and then kneading seed. The maximum germination rate increased 43. 8% . Emergence rate of pistacia seeds can be obviously improved by a method that cover plastic film and overburden depth 1 cm. [Conclusion] The test can significantly increase the seed germination rate arid seeding emergence rate.%[目的]探讨黄连木种子发芽率和出苗率.[方法]采用不同种子处理方法、不同浓度赤霉素溶液处理、不同覆土深度进行试验.[结果]黄连木种子吸水性较好,浸种48 h吸水就达到31.4%,接近种子饱和吸水量;经100、200 mg/L赤霉素溶液处理12 h,种子发芽率分别为21.6%和28.6%,高于对照且差异显著;去除外种皮后,再用草碳土对种子进行揉搓可明显提高种子的发芽率,其种子发芽率可达45.1%;加盖地膜和覆土深度1 cm能显著提高种子的出苗率.[结论]该试验可显著提高种子的发芽率和出苗率.
