By analyzing the status of tobacco production infrastructure in Henan Province, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions towards project planning and design, construction, financial and file management, continuous maintenance and other aspects of the problems involved in the project construction process were put forward.%通过分析河南省烟叶生产基础设施建设的现状,针对项目建设过程中涉及到的工程规划设计、施工管理、资金管理、档案管理及工程后期维护等方面存在的问题进行研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策及建议.
