Compared with the conventional extraction method, the benefits of microwave-enhanced for the extraction of effective constituents are higher efficiency and less time consuming. The research status of microwave-enhanced for the extraction of effective constituents in natural products was analyzed, the extraction principles and the application characteristics were discussed. The results showed that for the diversity of nature products and effective-constituents, the mechanism of micro-wave is different for different solvents. So it is necessary to study the mechanism of microwave-enhanced for the extraction of effective constituents further more.%天然产物的微波浸提与常规传统浸提相比具有有效成分提取率高、操作时间少等显著特点.通过对国内外微波强化天然产物有效成分的研究现状进行分析,讨论了微波强化天然产物有效成分的浸提原理和应用特点.研究表明,鉴于天然产物种类及其有效成分的多样性,以及有效成分浸提溶剂的不同,微波作用机理有一定的差异性,微波用于天然产物有效成分的浸提及其浸提机理有待于进一步研究.
