运用双螺杆挤出机、注塑剂、万能拉伸测试仪和熔体流动速率仪,对7种不同材料LLDPE0209、LDPE15803、HDPE5410、2426H、HDPE6070、HDPE5000s、HDPE60550滴灌带配方进行试验性能分析,最终找出滴灌带最优配方,使之更好地投入农业生产中.结果显示:①LLDPE0209、HDPE60550、HDPE5000S、LDPE2426各项力学性能较好,设计的配方也能达标,确定这4种原料为内镶式滴灌带的配方用料；②通过对各种原料性能分析后,确定了内镶式滴灌带各配方的比例:HDPE5000S占10％,LDPE2426占24％,LLDPE0209占40％,HDPE60550占23％,炭黑占2％,防老化剂的含量占1％.%By using twin screw extruder,injection agent,tensile tester,melt flow rate machine,the formulation of seven different materials of LL-DPE0209,LDPE15803,HDPE5410,2426 H, HDPE6070,HDPE5000s,HDPE60550 drip irrigation belt were analyzed in order to find the optimum formula of drip irrigation tape. The results showed that:①LLDPE0209,HDPE60550,HDPE5000s,LDPE2426 mechanical performance is good,the designed formula can also meet the standard,four kinds of raw materials were determined for as the formulation of the drip irrigation belt materials;② Through various raw materials performance analysis, the formula proportion was determined:HDPE5000S 10% , LDPE2426 24%, LL-DPE0209 40% ,HDPE60550 23% ,carbon black 2% ,prevent ageing agent content 1%.
