杂多酸对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

[目的]为了探究杂多酸对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.[方法]分别用不同浓度(O、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8g/L)的杂多酸处理玉米种子,研究杂多酸对玉米生理指标的影响.[结果]低浓度的杂多酸可以促进玉米种子的萌发,而高浓度的杂多酸可以抑制玉米种子的萌发,最适发芽浓度为0.6 g/L.但是,杂多酸对玉米种子幼苗的生长整体表现为抑制其根和苗的伸长生长,促进其干重和鲜重的积累.[结论]杂多酸对玉米种子的发芽率、根长和苗长均有影响.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of heteropoly acid on maize seeds germination and growth of Zea mays L. . [ Method ] The maize seeds were treated with different concentrations of heteropoly acid to investigate the effects of heteropoly acid concentration on physiological indices of plants, [result] Low concentrations of heteropoly acid could promote the germination of maize seeds, and high concentrations of heteropoly acid could inhibit the germination of maize seeds. The optimum germination concentration was 0.6 g/L. But the effect of heteropoly acid on seedling growth of maize seeds overall performance was inhibiting the elongation of root and shoot growth, while promoting the accumulation of its dry weight and fresh weight . [ Conclusion ] The heteropolys had effects on the germination percentage, root length and sprout length of maize seeds.
