The causes for higher groundwater level in Yinbei irrigation region were analyzed, the annual and inner-year dynamic variation lawrnwas studied. The main influencing factors on irrigation area groundwater level variation was determined by using principle component analysisrnmethod. The results showed that the groundwater level has cyclicity and seasonal characteristics. Affected by random factors, the groundwaterrnlevel is relatively stable among years. The main factors for variation is induction water amount, degradation water amount a nd precipitation.%分析了银北灌区地下水位较高的成因,研究了灌区地下水位年际和年内的动态变化规律,采用主成分分析方法确定了灌区地下水位变化的主要影响因素.研究结果表明,灌区地下水位具有周期性、季节性变化的特点,受随机性因素的影响,在年际间相对稳定；影响灌区地下水位变化的主要因素是引水量、退水量、降水量.
