Through the dynamic analysis on rural financial market in Hebei Province by SCP, it is found out that the rural financial market in Hebei Province is characterized by irrational structure, weak competition and low performance, and it is further proposed that a competitive rural financial market should be built and the rural financial system should be perfected in Hebei Province.%采用SCP分析法,对河北农村金融产业进行动态分析,认为河北省农村金融市场结构不合理、竞争性不强、绩效不高,进而提出构建河北省竞争型农村金融市场,促进河北省农村金融体系完善的建议.
