几种药剂对枸杞毛跳甲的室内毒力及田间药效

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The aim was to study indoor toxicities and field effects of several pesticides against Epitrix abeillei. [ Method ] Indoor toxicities of 14 kinds of pesticides against Epitrix abeillei were tested, and field effects of the pesticides with high toxicity were studied. [ Result ] Biological pesticides neem, veratridine and matrine had better indoor toxicities against Epitrix abeillei, and their LC50 were 0. 16 , 0. 37 and 1.58 mg/L, respectively. Matrine, veratridine and neem also had better field effects on Epitrix abeillei, and their calibration mortalities were 88.91% , 84.64% and 80.35% respectively after 3 days, which were next to chemical pesticide avermectin. [ Conclusion ] Biological pesticides matrine, veratridine and neem could be used to control Epitrix abeillei in field.%[目的]研究几种药剂对枸杞毛跳甲的室内毒力及田间药效.[方法]以枸杞毛跳甲(Epitrix abeillei)为试虫,对14种药剂进行室内毒力测定,并对其中效果较好的药剂进行田间药效试验.[结果]生物药剂印楝素、黎芦碱和苦参碱对枸杞毛跳甲的室内毒力效果较好,其LC50分别为0.16 、0.37、1.58 mg/L;苦参碱、黎芦碱和印楝素的田间防效也较好,药后3 d校正死亡率分别为88.91%、84.64%、80.35%.[结论]苦参碱、黎芦碱和印楝素可以作为田间防治枸杞毛跳甲的生物药剂.
